Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within:
- USA: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Where do you ship from?
We work with global fulfillment partners who ship directly from warehouses in Asia, Europe, and North America depending on product availability and your location.
This allows us to keep prices low while offering a wide range of DeskForge products.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear while the carrier processes the shipment.
Why is my tracking not updating?
This is normal for international shipments. Tracking often only updates once the package reaches your country or clears customs.
If tracking has not updated after several days, don’t worry—your order is still on the way.
Products & Quality
Are DeskForge products high quality?
Yes. We carefully select products designed to improve desk organization, lighting, and setup aesthetics.
Every item is chosen to help you build a cleaner, more functional battlestation.
Do the products look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to ensure product images are accurate. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur depending on lighting and screen settings.
Can I request specific setup recommendations?
Yes. We love helping customers build their ideal setup.
You can contact us anytime for recommendations based on:
- Desk size
- Budget
- Style (minimal, RGB, black/white, etc.)
Orders & Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
After processing begins, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

What if my order is lost or delayed?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will help resolve the issue with the carrier.
We always make sure customers receive their orders or a fair resolution.
