At DeskForge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Because we work with global fulfillment partners, please review our policy below before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item
  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Lost or Delayed Orders

Shipping times may vary depending on location and supplier processing.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will always work to ensure your order arrives.


Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Items ordered by mistake

However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, defect, or wrong item), we will work to make it right.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
